Ramon Guimaraes asked a group of people from the art scene, including myself, to let him make a portrait of us according to an idea of his. In exchange, he would make a portrait of us according to an idea of ours. My idea for the individual portrait consisted of a group portrait, with me surrounded by male artists that formed part of my scene. I met with them and asked them to dress elegantly; the photograph had to be in black and white. Years later I repeated the same photo, but this time with women important to me. The photo was taken by my photographer friend Rosmi Duaso.
